Preston William (P.W.) Child grew up in Germany, where he nearly graduated from the University of Oldenburg—an institution that, to his relief, never accused him of over-studying. Afterward, he embarked on a journey through Scotland, Ireland, and, most recently, the sun-soaked hills near Valencia, Spain.
In the sleepy Irish county of Donegal, armed with his secret weapons: fresh Atlantic ocean air and Jameson in his morning coffee, he completed his first books.
Much to his own surprise (and mild bewilderment), Preston went on to become the author of several best-selling adventure series, including Order of the Black Sun and The Last Templars. To this day, he continues to mix history, mystery, and adventure—with just the right amount of caffeine and mischief.

Our Vision
"A Preston William Child novel isn’t for you if you despise the smell of ancient manuscripts, break into a sweat over antique riddles, or fear archaeologists might someday dig up your basement. For everyone else: Welcome to the adventure of a lifetime."

"If Indiana Jones could write a book, it might read like one of Preston´s — but with fewer dramatic escapes and definitely fewer snakes."
